Our Plans

1 Year Plan

Year one will primarily be focused on property development. We wish to build a small community that is as close to self-sustaining as possible. This season will also be a time for the core group of people living and serving on the property to grow in relationships and cultivate team-bonding. During this initial phase, our objective is to establish the foundation and functioning systems to prepare the property for service. We are projecting by July 1, 2020, to be able to support and serve those in need.

3 Year Plan

In three years, we aspire and hope to be a highly functioning community. We plan on having established help-programs, skills and job development systems, and the operations and resources of a farming village. We aspire to have a high enough capacity to bring people into a place where they can get help, supported, inspired, and establish a spiritual foundation of faith. We have blueprints to implement several additional buildings and structures on the property; such as (but not limited to):

24/7 House of Prayer and Worship
Non-Profit/Business Development/Skills-training Office Center
Community/Fitness/Retreat Center
Multiple Tiny House Units
Multi-sport Field/Stadium w/Track
Amphitheater

10 Year Plan

By year ten, we envision supporting similar start-ups, and to invest in a larger scale property. We are dreaming for massive size, campus-style opportunities. Our dreams will not stop at the God-given 20 acres we currently possess. We want to keep learning, growing, and developing on an even larger scale! We are seeking 100+ acre properties.
